There have been important changes to the provision of LTMP’s (Long-Term Maintenance Plans). We have evaluated the changes to the provision of LTMP’s outlined within the Unit Titles Amendment Act 2022 and concluded to implement them into our refreshed and focused LTMP service provision effectively immediately.
The key change to the provision of LTMP’s (Long-Term Maintenance Plans) is the inclusion for Large Body Corporates (10 Units and above) of the 11-30 Year provision of “a high level indication of expected cost of maintenance and replacement of the items covered by the plan in respect of years 11-30.”
